Final Arrangement, LLC, the owner of Continental Computer Specialties, Inc., and the National Obituary Archive, wishes to advise its friends, Associates, customers, prospective customers and the general public that, notwithstanding any statement to the contrary in the website of U.S. Technologies, Inc., at "http://www.usxx.com/companies/index.htm", neither National Obituary Archive, or Continental Computer Specialties, Inc., nor their owner, Final Arrangements, LLC, is associated in any way with U.S. Technologies, Inc., except for the fact that a principal stockholder of U.S. Technologies, Inc., owns a very small minority equity interest in Final Arrangements, LLC. Any reference in the Web Site of U.S. Technologies, Inc., to an association between that company and the National Obituary Archive is without the authority or consent of Final Arrangements, LLC.
